I’ve only been using it for a month now, it’s still early days. The only difference I've seen so far is joint support. I am somebody that is very active at the gym and I do a lot of weights, the product has really helped with joint support and recovery after training. With skin, hair, nails and gut, I have not seen any changes yet.
