Luminate Overnight Oats

1 Large ripe banana, mashed

1 1/4 Cups almond milk (or milk of your choice)

1 Cup raw oats

1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon

1 Tablespoon chia seeds

2 Tablespoons peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)

2 Tablespoons Be Bright Luminate Collagen

STEP 1

Add mashed banana, almond milk and yoghurt to a large bowl and stir together until well combined and creamy. Stir in oats, cinnamon and chia seeds. Then cover and place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.

STEP 2

Spoon into jars and mix in Be Bright Luminate collagen, layering peanut butter and extra banana slices, if desired. If you like crunch, add extra chia seeds and/or chopped coffee nibs.

3 Minute Collagen Smoothie

Place ingredients into blender and blend till smooth. Add a bit more milk or water if the consistency is too thick.

1 Frozen banana

1/2 Cup plain yoghurt

1 Cup milk of your choice

1/2 Teaspoon honey

1 Teaspoon almond butter

2 Tablespoons Be Bright Original Collagen

1 Handful ice

BE INSPIRED

2 Minute Organic Açaí Smoothie

In a blended place:

1 Handful frozen berries

1 Frozen banana

1 Cup milk of your choice

1/2 Teaspoon honey

1 Tablespoon Be Bright Organic Acai

Once blended, add raw oats or muesli for crunch and top with a nut butter of your choice.
