I’ve been using this product for little under a month. Some days it seems to work and other nights it doesn’t. Sometimes I still have restless sleep, while other times I feel like I slept well. So I have mixed reviews about this product. It definitely does help, but not as much as I’d liked. When I’ve been extremely stressed, it definitely tends to not help.
